A native of Florida, Rev. Douglas Mitchell received the Lord as his Savior in 1980. He is a 1986 graduate of Oral Roberts University, was ordained in 1994, and graduated in 1996 from Rhema Bible Training Center. With a call of full-time ministry on his life, he has had over 20 years experience as an associate pastor, youth pastor, short-term missions coordinator, and seminar speaker. His desire to boldly serve the Lord by reaching the lost and teaching believers has burned deeply in his heart for 25 years.
Rev. Douglas and Christine Mitchell also direct DCM Ministries, a not-for-profit 501c(3) organization established in 1997 that is dedicated to teaching, preaching, and demonstrating the good news of Jesus Christ through the strengthening and equipping of local congregations. This vital vision of reaching the lost and bringing encouragement to churches has opened doors to minister throughout the Northeast, Southeast, and the Caribbean Islands where they helped to pioneer a church in the British Virgin Islands.

Christine K. Mitchell is a native of Katonah, New York. She and her husband, Rev. Douglas Mitchell, were married in June 1990 and have served the Lord as a ministry team since. Christine is a John Jay High School graduate, a 1992 graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University and a 1996 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. In addition to being in full-time ministry with her husband, she has taught 5th grade, tutored students, and has been a director of education in a national tutoring center.
Her gifts in communicating the Word of God, conducting seminars, and ministering in song, play a significant role in their ministry together. Christine’s personal warmth and insight into the scriptures help her present Biblical truths hat make her a joy to hear. Christine currently serves as both the Children’s Director and the Music Director at Westchester Family Church
